Subject: Once a century - a historic opportunity!

Comment: Ladies and Gentlemen of the Tax Panel ...

I'm sure you know have a historic opportunity that has not been available to any such group for almost 100 years.

I hope that you are not contrained in your thinking to seriously considering only income-based tax forms (income tax modification or any form of flat tax) since there are other tax forms that will greatly benefit both the economy and the taxpayers.

Given that any tax recommended by the Panel must be revenue neutral, then the overriding concern is which tax form is the simplest, least costly, offers visibility so that everyone knows not only what they pay in tax but others as well (no class warfare suspicions), and is economical to collect.

The only genuine fleshed-out plan that meets these requirements if the FairTax (HR25/S25).

Please recommend that it be adopted with no modifications to eliminate exemptions, deductions, or other special tax favors.
