We know that you use the current tax code not only as a power tool over American citizens, but also as a tool to put cash in your own pockets as you bow down to those on K-Street who have made their living by helping people such as you slide by the current tax code. The Fair Tax is the only proposal that achieves ALL of the goals set forth for your panel by the President. It is the only proposal that will help the people of this country earn the living they desire. We, as American citizens, have figured out that the only reasons anyone would not support the Fair Tax are for partisan, political vengence, or close ties to K-Street. If you really want to help America, recommend the Fair Tax. Otherwise, this panel has been yet another huge waste of time and taxpayers' money. |
