It adds to the growing list of individuals that advocate a total "replacement" of our current IRS managed tax system with one quite like the "Fair Tax Plan" (HR 25/S 25). This progressive national sales tax plan is advocated by many congressmen and a grassroots organization 600,000 strong. The FairTax could potentially eliminate the Social Security funding crisis and a whole list of other problems on the minds of the everyday working taxpaying citizen. In addition, No one would pay taxes up to poverty level! Illegals and foreigners spending money in our country would pay into the system! The underground economy would have to pay! Everyone will get all of their paycheck (excluding state taxes). This is a phenomenal, well thought out plan and we need to write our forward thinking congressman and make sure he will "positively" support. This bipartisan bill has been in the works for over 10 years with all the data collected and computer model testing going forward to back it up.. Call or write your congressman today. The special interest money groups will have to be overruled on this one, it's far too important. This will require you and me at the grassroots level to explain to our Congressman and Senators the facts of life before election time. It's time for the congressional negativity to end or be voted out. It's time for some of these forward thinking, positive ideas to be "open mindedly" considered for the future of our children and our country and this is a "BLOCKBUSTER".
