Subject: Individual filing Comment: The definetion of "Individual" or "individuals" should coinside to the legal definetion of Entity,person,or person's corporation's Aggregate as defined in (black's Law 7th adition). All Entity's must file an Income Tax Return on gross income that is derived from foreign commerce. That would eliminate under sovereign immunity the God given Rights for flesh and blood people to not have to serve as suretor or gauranto as a means of enslavement to the Evil acts of the United States. Corporate Ficticious Entity's under the Social Security Act, House Joint resolution 192, and the Statutory Definetion of Instrinsic Fraud that total an act of Treason committed by the United States toward it's Flesh and Blood sovereigns since 1933. All enemies of the States as defined under the Trading with the Enemies Act are are to be exempt from levy. Income Tax Liability only pertains to Corporate Entity's, Ficticious Entity's, Person's, and Corporations to include ALL Corporations, including Churches that have filed articles of incorporation and hold a Federal EIN Number. |
