Comment: Please help common man understand the tax law easily by making it simple. The tax form for everyone should be as easy as 1040 EZ. Basically divide taxpayers in 3 groups. 1. Low Income Group Earnings Single Under $25,000 or married filing joint under $50,000 NO TAX LIABILITY- Tax free Income. 2. MIDDLE INCOME GROUP Single:50,000- Married filing joint under $100,000. 15 % tax on income above Tax Free Income limits given in 1. above. 3. UPPER INCOME GROUP Single earning more than 50,000 and married filing jointly income more than 100,000. 25 % tax on income above group 2 level tax liability. There is no need to give any additional credits or exemtions. There is no need to itemize any expenses.
