Subject: Disability Income Comment: Folks who receive Social Security Disability Income, should not be subject to paying federal income tax. Some of these folks do receive additional disability insurance income such as ERISA lump sum payments end up paying taxes which are extremely and desproportionately burdensome. They need these monies to pay for their future medical bills. This is an unfair regulation, specially now that medicare and health benefits are being taken way from these folks in large proportions. |
