Subject: proposal to tax employee health benefits Comment: I would like to strongly express my opposition to any change in the tax code that would open the door towards taxing employee health care benefits. As if, the middle class is being beaten up on in today’s economy enough, a move like this may actually encourage people to decline any health care coverage if it is going to increase their tax.
