Comment: Dear Sirs and/or Ms., The complexity of the federal taxes code is simply ridiculous. Why not go to a 15% flat tax on ALL income? Individuals and corporations could pay the same rate. Why not just use adjusted gross times .15? There would be no need for tax preparers or tax lawyers and the IRS could be eliminated. Tinkering with the tax code to help special interests has only resulted in a totally undecipherable mess. The simplist way is best, and probably fairest. If the cost of government is too high, well isn't that beyond the scope of your effort?
