Comment: Members of the committee to examine possible changes to the US tax system.

Synopsis: Phase out individual taxation. Phase in a more complex Corporate

Tax system.

Reason: Must keep all constituents of present system comfortable.
Legislative branch will vote on the reforms The voters will be happy. The
attorneys will have more work, lobbyist will be busier than ever for their
individual constituents, elected officials will have more influence in the
selection of tax breaks for their home industries, they will get more
funding for their votes on selected issues.

Executive branch will be happy probably need more IRS workers for
enforcement/oversight. State Dept, INS and Homeland Security will benefit
since more people will apply to come to USA.

Judicial will be pleased since a whole new set of litigation standards will
be needed.

Private sector tax preparation and accounting firms will be appeased since
the burden will be on professional corporate tax payers with lots of new
jobs in the industry.

The cost to corporations and their overhead will increase but the structure
of the tax code can be formed such that export/import values will not
change.

If you have any questions on this proposal I would be happy to respond.

Respectfully submitted,
