Comment: This is a great opportunity to provide input to our tax code and the future of America. Not knowing all the figures, nor am I going to try and pretend to, I think a lower tax rate with the deletion of many write-offs with the exception of mortgage expenses, charitable deductions and educational interest expenses would be adequate. I hate the fact the that part of my taxes pays for my boss's $100K car that he writes-off as a business expense. Couldn't one perform the same job in a 40K-50k car and save taxpayer money. This all sounds good, but once the special interest groups (CPAs, tax advisors, luxury car manufactures) start lobbying against tax code changes/simplification, we will be back to square one. Nothing done. Thanks for your time, Stephen J Cusic -------------------------------------------------------------- Reminder: E-mail sent through the Internet is not secure.
