Subject: Fairtax Comment: I'm very excited about the chance that the IRS will be done away with. There is just no place for the income tax in a free society. I'd prefer any system of taxation to the current one, but support the "Fairtax" for the following reasons. 1. It is progressive. The Rich pay more, the poor,up to 20,000$, pay nothing. Frankly, this shouldn't even matter. It is insane that politicians still use "tax the rich" as a campaigning issue. 2. DrugDealers, Illegal Immigrants, and the "SuperRich" who can afford to use loopholes all pay. I sincerly hope that fairminded democrats and republicans with real issues with it would simply ask John Linder of Georgia. This is the most important issue for the future of Freedom and The Economy.
