Subject: Investment Fee Tax System

Comment: May 6, 2005 AD
TO: Senators Connie Mack and John Breaux, Chairman and Vice-Chairman,
Subject: TAX REFORM PANEL ANNOUNCES LOCATION AND WITNESS LIST FOR TWO-DAY PUBLIC MEETING ON MAY 11TH & 12TH ~Tax Panel to Consider Specific Options for Tax Reform~

I see from the witness list that you are not planning to discuss the alternative Tax proposal I submitted, which I call "Investment Fee Tax System."

I am disappointed that I have not had the privilege to clarify the proposal and discuss the benefits to our country's economic growth and stability. I hope that these meetings will lead to additional opportunities to consider the concepts I submitted in my proposal and start a dialog which will synergistically evolve into the best revenue generating system to raise funds for government operations.
I sincerely believe my proposal is the best way to reform the tax structure, especially with the introduction of “Focused Budget Line Item Investments” which I call "Mini-Bonds." These will directly empower all citizens to invest in good government. The end result is a constitutionally based minimal burden, simple, fair taxing system that will rise more than sufficient funds for government operations, while stimulating innovation and structure to our economic growth and stability.
Please feel free to contact me about my proposals. Thank you for your consideration.
