Subject: Tax Burden Comment: Paying taxes has become a burden and quite unfair to most Americans. The tax laws are for the rich, poor and elderly citizens do not have adequate deducations to avoid paying taxs. Addtionally, the income earned over the years is taxed, as well as any earned income, I.E. social security, retirement and even a tax refund. Haven't we been taxed enough,living on a fixed income forces individuals on a fixed income to decide between medication and food. This country has a reckless disregard for senior citizens in regard to the tax structure. |
