Subject: tax reform Comment: If it could be done, I would think the flat tax based on ALL income with only paid state taxes as a deduction would be the most fair and easiest. It could be completed by the IRS and we would get the invoice with a place to submit our disputes over the figures or with a simple format listing only income and proof of the state taxes we paid, it would be quite easy for individuals to complete. |
