Subject: Tax Reform Comment: I strongly favor a "flat tax". That is , a stated percentage of income that ALL must pay. In this way, we would all know, ahead of time, what we will owe for next year and be able to budget for it. The federal governlment would also be able to estimate the amount of money coming in. There would be no loop-holes for anyone. This would greatly simplify the tax laws. We - individuals, businesses and agencies - wouldn't be required to hire accountants to calculate our taxes.
