Subject: Taxing Health Insurance Benefits Comment: The concept of reducing the impact of the Alternative Minimum Tax is a good idea. This tax is no longer meeting its original goal. However, taxing health benefits is ubsurd! Roll back tax breaks for the wealthy (which benefit me) vs. burdening working class and middle class citizens. When I was young and struggling I could have used a tax break so I could get to a point of buying a house. This will just make it hard for the working class people to move up in the world. Don't do this! |
