Subject: Tax Reform

Comment: There are many types of compensation individuals receive, from monetary to stock options. As such trying to determine, track and report what they are and what they are worth is complicated, time comsumming and frequently full of holes.

However, people who make money, regardless of format, spent it. And the more they make the more they spend. As such a simple, national sales tax is the most desireable fair way of collecting taxes. It applies to the minimum wage earner and the CEOs equally across the board. EVERYBODY pays their fair share.

It needs to be considered and pushed forward.
