Subject: TAXING HEALTH BENEFITS Comment: I strongly urge that employee health benefits not be taxed. The extremely high cost of these programs would only be increased by making them taxable. Many more people could not afford the coverage and would, in the end, have to be supported by tax dollars paid to health care agencies. |
