Subject: Taxing Employer-Sponsored health benefits

Comment: This is a ridiculous idea, and JUST PLAIN WRONG. We continue to find tax breaks for special interests, but not for the averag person. In addition, taxing health benefits would in effect be a regressive tax, as these benefits usually are not more expensive for HCE's than they are for rank and file, so any increase in health care cost (including loss of the tax break) impacts low-income employees more significantly than it does highly-compensated employees.
