Subject: Tax cut on mortgage interest Comment: I'm 32, live in an areas where home rates are so high, only 20% of the people here can afford to purchase a home! We take the plunge, take our rent payment of $1200 to a mortgage of $2500 - and SKRIMP and save what we can to make it. 30 days into our home... you take our tax benefit! What will people like us do? We won't be able to make it without that tax break. Please don't cut our mortgage tax credit... people like us won't make it! We are good hard working folks, who could loose everything with this law change! |
