Subject: Fair Tax Bill (H.R. 25) and Social Security

Comment: It appears that H.R> 25 sets the amount of money going to Social Security at exactly the same amount of money it would get under the current system (12.4% of wages. But, it also seems to cap the funds going to Social Security at that level and no more. If so, given that Social Security cannot survive as we know it at the current level of fundig, this is a poison pill that will kill Social Security as we know it. Deliberate or accidental, it is an evil way to do away with Social Security. Please consider this in your deliberations and recommendations.
