This applies to all sources of income, whether salary, stock gains (long or short term), interest, rents, etc. 3. No deductions for anything except charitable contributions. 4. Eliminate all other taxes such as AMT and refund any carryover amount people have. 5. No VAT 6. No transaction tax 7.
