John Linder, reference HR-25, or read the book-"FAIR TAX" to see the obvious solution to how best to fund our gov't., reduce compliance costs, bring home off-shore funds, tax the underground economy, be revenue neutral, eliminate the IRS, and stop the current marxist behavior of punishing achievement by being progressive.What's fair about that?
