Subject: suggestion for tax reform Comment: I had been saving a Wall Street Journal that I saw about 10 years ago that I thought was the best idea yet to actually get something done - and now I can't find it - Very frustrating! Regardless, the basic idea is to offer taxpayers the choice of a flat tax (I think it was around 17% - with one or two self-employment adjustments) or paying according to the current code.
