Subject: RECOMMENDATION FOR NEW TAX CODE Comment: A new tax code should NOT allow any tax CREDITS for agriculture, new development, or any other special interest. If the government deems it wise to offer incentives, then it should be in some form other than TAX CREDITS. Also, there should be some provision in any new tax code to make it VERY DIFFICULT for Congress and the President to amend the code. It should be just as difficult to amend the tax code as it is to amend the Constitution. |
