Subject: Taxable income

Comment: Since the inception of the income tax foundations and trusts have exempted the wealthiest earners of income. Over almost a century, that type of special treatment has been expanded to stock options, off-shore bank accounts, cults masquerading as so-called religious organizations, etc. Any serious tax reform effort failing to cancel these special privileges to those making the largest campaign contributions to lawmakers will be nothing but a joke, once again, another 14,000 changes gouging the middle to ensure full escape for the top. I see no mention of foundations, trusts, et, al., on the tax reform website.
