Subject: Taxes Comment: Taxing the American people will never produce prosperity. The small business owners are the backbone of America, and the greedy legislators will be the death of the entrepreneurial spirit in America. Look at the aerospace industry in southern California, for example. It was driven from the state by excessive taxation and regulation, resulting in a smaller tax base and, hence, lower tax revenues for the state. The answer is to practice a little fiscal conservatism and stop spending the taxpayer's monies like a bunch of drunken sailors. Tax cuts work for all of us. |
