Subject: Tax Force Comment: The people should decide on the basis of correct information concerning taxes in this country rather than to have only a small group of selected people to make such decisions. We have a fraudulent income tax system. The people have never been truthfully informed about its nature. There is absolutely no law that states that an Citizen of the various States of the Union must fill out a Form 1040 and pay an income tax. Actually the best tax shelters are the Constitution and the IRS Tax Code, but people are decived into thinking that they must pay that income tax. If it were left to the peope, based upon accurate and truthful information, they would do away with it entirely as they would have the right to do under the Constitution which is the supreme law of the land. Or they might see things differently and vote for the Fair Tax proposal. Why not let the People decide. Is that not the American way? Since when has this country become Communistic and subject to the wishes of the few? |
