Comment: Members of the President's Advisory Panel on Federal Tax Reform,

I read an article in my local paper today about your conclusion that there
are too many tax breaks contained in the current tax code and additionally
that it is too complicated. This article went on to say that Ms. Mack
expressed the opinion that no one would be willing to give up a current
break. I respectfully disagree with that opinion and wish to express my
appreciation for President Bush's desire to maintain certain tax incentives,
but I do not think I am in the minority when I say I am willing to pay more
in taxes to make sure the world we leave our children is better than the one
we came into. I would like to see a much lower federal debt and a less
complicated system that fairly taxes those with the means to pay.

Thank you for soliciting comments and I look forward to seeing any quality
suggestions you make enacted by President Bush.

Respectfully yours,
