Subject: Tax reform options

Comment: The current tax situation in this country is such that only a wholesale change out can repair it. There cannot be a piece meal fix of one part at a time. Of the various proposals that are being floated, the Fair Tax Bill, H.R. 25, is the one that I feel will best repair what we now have. It completely lifts the burden of taxes from the poor and make those who spend the most carry the greatest load. I feel that it will boost the American economy to the point that not only will it fund every program now in plave, but will also extend the life of the Social Security program. Rather than act like you are doing something to fix the problem, actually DO IT by recommending true reform as proposed by the Fair Tax Bill.
