Subject: The fraudulent Income tax Comment: In my study of the income tax I have come to the conclusion that the best "tax Shelters" are the Constitution and the IRS Tax Code. There is nothing in either one them them that states any citizen of the various States of the Union is subject to or liable for the filing of a Form 1040 and the payment of a so-called income tax. |
