Subject: Tax Code Reform Comment: Consider a national sales tax. The infastructure is already in place to collect it. Everybody is treated the same and it volentary. The more you spend the more you pay. This way we tax consumption and not income or wealth generation. This system could be established to change the national behavior from consumption to conservation. |
