Subject: Tax on retired individuals. Comment: Gentlemen, I am 70 years old. I have paid taxes on a significant portion of my income over my 48 year working career. Now that I am retired, I am still paying a significant portion of my retirement income on taxes. I think that when a United States citizen reaches a certain age, he/she should be exempt from ALL taxation. Further, I strongly oppose our money being given to any foreign countries, with the exception of catastrophic aid. |
