Subject: Fair Tax Proposal Comment: The current system is a blight on our Republic. The only reform proposal I have seen that doesn't lead directly back to the current system is the "Fair Tax" proposal in HR-25. No change will be without immediate winners and losers. No change will be without pain. That is not a reason to continue as we are. It is time for change. |
