Subject: Eliminate AMT Comment: AMT used to provide good protection from executive hiding compensation. With stock options as prevelent as they are today, it ends up hurting more in the rank and file than the executives. If elimination cannot occur, perhaps, we can limit AMT to C-level or top x percent of employees in an organization. |
