Subject: HR 25 Comment: I have been in favor of a sales tax for several years now. The bill HR 25 authored by Rep John Linder and others is the best choice of any plans developed so far. Any plan developed by you must abolish the IRS and the 16th amendment. It must not be based on income. It must be simple to administer.
