Subject: Tax on Employee Benefits Comment: We are an Independent Broker specializing in Employee Benefits. With the rising cost of health care, it is hard enough for Employers to meet the participation requirements of carriers. If you decide to tax benefits as income, I'm sure we will see a drastic drop in participation and even more Americans will choose to be uninsured. Wouldn't this proposed tax just make the Section 125 code redundant? |
