Subject: FairTax Comment: I support the national retail sales tax. It so simple my 7 year old daughter understands it. It will increase collections, and decrease taxes for law abiding citizens like myself. The FairTax levels the playing field for US manufacturers by taxing all goods the same regardless of origin. Eliminating income tax will increase investment, entrepreneurship, and job creation here (not China). We will be encouraged to save, because interest will no longer be taxed. The costs of complying with IRS regulations will be eliminated for business and individuals. This will give our economy a 500 billion dollar boost, according to leading economists. Switching from our current system to the FairTax will have our economy grow faster than our debt. It will put us in the black again.
