Subject: National Retail Sale Tax to Replace the IRS

Comment: Dear Tax Reform Panel,

The best replacement to the outdated and expensive IRS is the National Retail Sales Tax.

This system makes so much sense that it's hard to believe it has taken so long to show up on the radar.

Such a tax means America can become very competitive in production of goods as no taxes would be levied on manufacturing.

With consumers able to save and invest money without taxation, they will have more money to spend on goods and, with American goods costing less, consumers will buy more American products.

Those with more money will buy more and therefore pay more taxes. Those with less will buy less and pay less. And without withholding tax, people will have more money to spend.

The National Retail Sales Tax to replace the IRS is the best way to leave a lasting mark of this presidency on the heart's of Americans.

The complete details of this plan have been around for many years at the http://www.cats.org/index1.php4 web site.

I urge you to strongly push this plan into action and see to it that it becomes a reality.

Thank you very much.
