Comment: My suggestion to tax reform is a simple one: 1. Delete the entire IRS as we know it. 2. Institute a national sales tax on all goods and services. The model for this new system should be "The Fair Tax" system. I am certain all involved parties are quite familiar with this system. Its simplicity and absolute fairness is mind boggling!
