Subject: Loopholes Comment: I hope your report will address the following: 1. Not reported or under reported income - it is common practice here in South Florida for a business to give a discount for cash with no tax collected. A business doing this would not be reporting this income. 2. Tax money held in Suspension should only be temporary and immediately investigated as to why the tax payer id is not correct. 3.
