Subject: Please delete references to the word Comment: My only comment is that the literature published continues to state that any changes should be "fair". Well since there is no definition of what is "fair" or "unfair" when referring to paying taxes, this word should be strickened. One could define "fair" as every US Citizen pay the exact same amount of taxes every year. Another could define, "fair" as a flat percentage of income. And yet, another could define, "fair" as a progressive rate scale. Therefore, the goal should not be to find a "fair" solution since whatever the solution, some will like it and some will not.
