Subject: Federal Tax Reform

Comment: I suggest a 15% flat tax to be deducted each pay period for every employee. I know it isn't politically correct, but I believe that how I spend my money is none or your business. I should not be rewarded for having kids. Therefore I disagree with complicating the tax code with mortgage, charity, and dependents. Just take a fifteen percent cut and leave me alone.

Further I suggest a seperate 5 percent national sales tax. This is a tax on all goods and services in the USA. I would exempt subsitance, health, rent/mortgage.

The purpose of the flat income tax is the daily operating funds to run the government. The purpose of the Sales Tax is to accelerate payment of the national debt. Once the debt is paid, then use it to fully fund social security and medicaid.

I realise that you are looking for far more complex solutions. I am seeking to simplify it to the point that it is transparent to the average citizen. I am also attempting to apply a bit of common sense bugeting.
