Comment: Gentlemen and Ladies: Recognizing that 100% of total justice cannot be achieved since if it were 100% those in authority would have no authority to order my life. My proposal is to make all tax paying American citizens equal. By that I mean replacing the income tax with a national sales tax applicable to everyone. People living at the poverty level would aslo be required to pay tax since they would spend less and those who do spend more would pay increasing amounts of tax. This figures closely with Representative John Linder (R-GA) proposal and meets the philosophy and the reality of fairness. To sweeten things a bit I also propose that all IRA's be tax free to encouarge savings which is no longer a viable value in the USA any longer.
