Subject: Tax Reform Comment: From my corner of the swamp tax reform is a waste of time. Replacing the current system with the Fair Tacd (SB25, HB25)is the only proposal that makes sense. The only drawback I can see is that it will cause mass unemployment among tax lawyers, accountants, IRS employees, and software developers. Perhaps a short-term welfare package could be offered. Maybe Intuit and Microsoft could help out. |
