Comment: Dear Senator Mack and members of the Panel: I would ask the panel to take a long, hard look at the Fair Tax Plan, HB 25. A close review of the plan discloses that it is not regressive and burdensome on the poor. Its provisions for rebates returns most, if not all taxes paid by them. In order for our Nation's economy to continue to grow it is imperative that the Federal Income Tax be repealed and done away with.
