Subject: FAIRTAX HR25 Comment: The Republicans promised us Tax Reform in 1994 when they took control of the House. This has taken too long. A simple vote for HR25 will mean freedom for citizens, small business owners and the government. We cannot really believe we live under freedom with a 7 million word IRS code and a gestapo enforcement agency. Time to shutter the IRS, and get some common sense back in government. I am hopeful, but the panel I see are all "big-government" idealists, not average people trying to find a simple solution, so I remain doubtful. The delay in announcing the findings prove that we are more interested in keeping the IRS gestapo than coming to a realistic conclusion that a sales tax replacement is best for all involved. I am not going to vote for incumbents unless a FAIRTAX vote is called! |
