Subject: FAIR TAX PROPOSAL Comment: The ONLY true tax reform is the FAIR TAX, which has been thoroughly researched. All other proposals are simply "new wine in old wineskins" with the accompanying codes and regulations. Flat tax, VAT, and all other proposals are just a band-aid on a hemorrhage. I respectfully request that the Tax Reform Panel ignore the voices that have their own agendas for keeping the IRS and the cumbersome income tax codes. True reform means doing away with ALL income taxes and is the only equitable and acceptable solution to the problem. Thank you for your time in serving on the panel on behalf of the overburdened taxpayers of America. A Boston Tea Party approach is needed, and the Tax Reform Panel should lead the charge! |
