Subject: Tax Reform Comment: I would urge you to seriously consider the Fair Tax Act (http://www.fairtax.org/) I am sure you have heard of it. A revenue nuetral tax system that does not punish success, will grow the economy, provide full funding for Social Security. As a citizen, tax payer, and voter in this country, I am sorely disappointed by the lack of progress and vision evidenced by this panel. The President has charged you with coming up with a bold new tax system, yet this panel has failed to achieve its mission. Please take this seriously, and do what is right for this country. Maintaining the status quo on this is unacceptable. Thank you. |
