Ronald Regan's 1986 tax reform was a two bracket flat tax,which has been bastasrdized 12,000 times for almost 20 years. HR25 is the only viable tax reform proposal with real taxpayer benefits and positive economic consequeces. By the way, where are the business leaders and ordinary taxpayers that should be represented on this panel. All I see on this panel is the political and intellectual isolated segment of this country.
